It is my absolute pleasure to be able to offer Ross gouger* repair services!  Onks Woodwind is now the only authorized Ross gouger service center approved by Philip Ross.  Philip is carrying on his father’s legacy by manufacturing the Ross gouging machine for oboists all around the world.  I am honored to now be a part of the continued Ross legacy!

I had the honor of studying with Dr. Dan Ross for my undergraduate oboe performance years, ’92-’97.  Not only did Dr. Ross guide and mold me into a real oboe player, but Dr. Ross was the catalyst for what I do today as an oboe repair specialist.  Watching Dr. Ross manufacture and repair gougers for five years had the unintended effect of teaching me so much about mechanics.
